"Vote FOR AISD Bond" is the Pro-Bond Campaign led by "Vote For All Kids PAC," a citizen-organized political action committee established to comply with Texas law. Vote For All Kids PAC is entirely funded by private donations; it uses no public money.
Leadership
Catherine Parra is serving as Chair of Vote For All Kids PAC. She and her husband, Albert, have three kids attending school in the district and they are both dedicated to volunteering their time at various campuses across AISD. Catherine has also supported the district through her involvement with education-focused non-profits as well as serving on multiple committees including Co-Chair of the Capital Needs Steering Committee for the proposed 2026 bond, Chair of the Citizens Bond Oversight Committee for the 2019 bond, and as a member of a campus Site-Based Decision-Making Committee.
Nick Heizer is the Treasurer for the Vote For All Kids PAC. Nick is the proud product of Arlington Independent School District. He and his wife, Barbara, have both served on many civic and local school initiatives and they have two kids that attend AISD. Nick was a member of the Capital Needs Steering Committee for the proposed 2026 bond, a member of the Financial Futures Committee, Dad’s Club President, and volunteer with Academy 4.
Kelly Curnutt, a lifelong Arlington resident and strong advocate for Arlington ISD, serves as the Fundraising Chair of Vote For All Kids PAC. He has served the district as Co-Chair of both the Financial Futures Committee and the Capital Needs Steering Committee. He has also served in leadership roles with non-profit organizations that support Arlington ISD students, teachers, and staff.
Charles Brady, the Vote For All Kids PAC Marketing Chair, has been an Arlington resident for more than two decades and is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington. He has served the AISD as both a member and Chair of the Financial Futures Committee, contributing to long-range planning and financial oversight for the district. Charles has also been involved with multiple community organizations that support Arlington ISD students and educators.
